How WholesaleX works

For retailers

  1. Search for suppliers
    You search by city or country and compare the listings.
  2. Read the source and date
    Each listing names its source and the date of the details.
  3. Visit the supplier’s website
    You ask the supplier directly for prices and terms.

For suppliers

  1. List your business
    You give the company details and the VAT ID.
  2. We check the VAT ID
    VIES returns the number as valid or not; the date of the check is shown on your profile.
  3. Retailers find you
    Retailers search by category and country and contact you through your website.

The current scale

  • WholesaleX today covers 29 countries and 25 categories.
  • 445 companies are already listed.
  • 376 of those listed companies have a VAT ID that passed the VIES check.
  • A question about one specific listing goes to global@wholesalex.de, not to a form on this page.
