WholesaleX is a directory that brings wholesale suppliers together with retailers. We do not take orders and do not process payments between users. Any deal made after a quote request is between the retailer and the supplier.

Suppliers are responsible for the accuracy of their listing. We check the VAT ID with the official EU service VIES and show the date of the check. We do not audit product quality, stock or business practices, and a listing is not a recommendation.

Listing is free. Paid packages are billed monthly at a fixed price, for businesses only; no VAT is added (WholesaleX applies the German small-business exemption, §19 UStG). They give more visibility and let you see and answer quote requests. The package names and prices are shown in your dashboard once you have a free account, and can change; we tell you about changes before they apply to you.

We may suspend or remove a listing whose VAT ID cannot be confirmed, that is reported as fraudulent, or that breaks these terms.
